Payment Policy

 

At ID’s Koncept Design Corner, we believe in transparent and hassle-free transactions. Our payment policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

 

1. Payment Methods

    •    We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Cheque, UPI, or any agreed digital method.

    •    All payments will be acknowledged with official receipts.

 

2. Advance & Instalments

    •    An initial advance payment is required to confirm and initiate the project.

    •    The remaining project cost will be divided into milestone-based instalments, as agreed upon in the proposal/contract.

    •    For turnkey projects, the payment schedule will be clearly defined before project commencement.

 

3. Delayed Payments

    •    Any delay in payments beyond the agreed timeline may attract penalty/interest charges.

    •    Work may be paused until payments are cleared.

 

4. Refund Policy

    •    Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

    •    Payments for one-time consultations are strictly non-refundable.

    •    Refunds, if any, will only be considered in special cases and at the discretion of management.

 

5. Final Settlement

    •    The final balance must be cleared before the handover of drawings, deliverables, or site completion.
